After having lost 30 pounds by putting into practice a slow and empowering weight loss program, I decided to blog about it. Do you think that perhaps you're relying on a plan to take care of all this with the 17 Day Diet. I can talk myself into a piece of chocolate cake REAL FAST if I promise myself that celery and water will be all I eat for the next 2 days. Just a thought.
